Serum 1000 is a surface and substrate cleaner for removal of organic contamination. It accomplishes this by the use of 20% hydrogen peroxide formulated with surface active agents. This formulation allows Serum 1000 to break surface tension to penetrate deep into the substrate of porous materials.

The Serum 1000 reacts with organic matter to generate profuse foam boiling the contamination to the surface for removal via HEPA vacuuming. Serum 1000 also reacts with the organic contamination on the surface generating profuse foam, breaking everything loose from the surface and up into the foam for removal via HEPA vacuuming.

Serum 1000 may be applied to any surface not harmed by water. Serum 1000 doesn’t leave behind any toxic or hazardous chemicals.Serum 1000 degrades to water and oxygen. There is nothing left behind to gas off after drying. NO VOC’s.

  • Water Damage: Serum 1000 is used as a cleaner after gross organic load removal and dry out. Apply and let dry to the touch, HEPA vacuum for fine source removal.
  • Smoke and Odor Removal: Light to medium smoke removal, heavy loads pre-cleaned with Serum SR Smoke Remover then follow with Serum 1000 to detail clean and eliminate Odors.
  • Mold and Stain Removal: After substrate dry out (suggest 15% or below), apply Serum 1000 to surfaces and allow to dry to the touch, follow with HEPA vacuuming for source removal.
  • Odor Removal: On larger areas broom clean surfaces like concrete floors, bare subfloors where pets have been present, Serum 1000 is applied and allowed to penetrate into the substrate where it is left to dwell until dry. Concrete may be rinsed and allowed to drain away where other substrates may be HEPA vacuumed, or damp mopped if needed.
  • Crime/Trauma: Protein based organics respond very well to Serum 1000 and when cleaning these types of loads, depending on location of the loss, spray Serum 1000, allow to dwell and then choose method of removal. Followed the IICRC S540 Standard for Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup.
