Water Damage: Serum 1000 is used as a cleaner after gross organic load removal and dry out. Apply and let dry to the touch, HEPA vacuum for fine source removal.
Smoke and Odor Removal: Light to medium smoke removal, heavy loads pre-cleaned with Serum SR Smoke Remover then follow with Serum 1000 to detail clean and eliminate Odors.
Mold and Stain Removal: After substrate dry out (suggest 15% or below), apply Serum 1000 to surfaces and allow to dry to the touch, follow with HEPA vacuuming for source removal.
Odor Removal: On larger areas broom clean surfaces like concrete floors, bare subfloors where pets have been present, Serum 1000 is applied and allowed to penetrate into the substrate where it is left to dwell until dry. Concrete may be rinsed and allowed to drain away where other substrates may be HEPA vacuumed, or damp mopped if needed.
