Health and Safety (HST) – ZOOM June 24-25


As an aspiring Health and Safety Technician, you’ll be trained in critical skills that will help you ensure the highest standards of health and safety are being practiced in your workplace. You’ll learn how to:

● Understand the fundamentals of OSHA standards and practices;

● Conduct accurate workplace inspections and administer the appropriate citations and penalties;

● Accurately record management and documentation procedures;

● Effectively utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);

● Become a subject matter expert in important OSHA concepts including (but not limited to): hazard communication, hazardous materials, confined spaces, and bloodborne pathogens.

THERE IS A $80 TEST FEE PAYABLE TO THE IICRC PER ATTENDEE. YOU OR YOUR TECHNICIAN MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN FORM OF PAYMENT. THIS PAYMENT IS PROCESSED BY THE IICRC IN LAS VEGAS. WE DO NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT HERE AT NU-TECH. You may provide them with a credit card number including expiration and CVV code. The student will give this payment to the instructor after the exam on the FINAL DAY OF CLASS.
