The Service Technician is responsible for assisting with the activities of the overall Service functions.
This position will provide labor and skilled mechanics in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform maintenance and/or repair service on customer and company assets
- Effectively and Professionally communicate with the customer about required repairs.
- Maintain accurate invoice of parts required for repair and labor time.
- Perform inspections and maintain company owned equipment
- Train customers on proper use of equipment and recommended maintenance as needed
- Upholding professionalism by providing courteous customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors
- Maintain a positive working environment with co-workers
- Perform other duties as part of our overall team
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Two or more years of electrical and mechanical diagnosis and repair experience required
- Good problem solving skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Basic computer skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to read electrical diagrams helpful
- Ability to use a multimeter
- Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
